I am a music composer and a visual artist.
I feel I’m here to create as much as possible in the time I’m given.
The time of holding on has ended and the time of letting go has begun.
My work is inspired by everyday moments that spark ideas, by the weight of unfinished
conversations and how everything changes over time. I compose music from real experiences,
transforming emotion, nostalgia, and the human connection into song.
With melodies and brushstrokes, I turn love and memory into art. Each piece reflects something
deeply real inspired by life.
I create original music, write lyrics, melodies and arrangements. I also produce and record songs
in my studio.
In the visual arts, I work with different types of mediums (oils, acrylic, pastels, graphic pencils)
My wish is to inspire others to start their own creative world. I would like them to trust their own
voice and make something meaningful and beautiful.
Living with hearing loss has shaped how I experience the world. It taught me to listen differently,
pay closer attention to emotion, and find meaning beyond words.
Relationships, particularly the one central to my life, was the turning point that shaped my
perspective, creative voice and direction.
And in the letting go, I turn love into art-so it can live, breathe, and move beyond me.
My artistic roots are deeply personal and experiential rather than academic or genre-bound. My work emerges from lived moments—unfinished conversations, emotional memory, and the quiet weight of change. Living in a borderland environment (El Paso region), my perspective reflects a blend of introspection, cultural fluidity, and emotional duality.
My creative identity is shaped less by formal tradition and more by:
My music can be described as:
Emotive, introspective, and cinematic—blending singer-songwriter vulnerability with atmospheric and orchestral influences.
More specifically:

I am looking forward to, and am already hard at work on, developing some of the soundscapes and artwork that will accompany Richard's Bedtime and Short Stories from the world of Urthos. We have been diligently working toward what we hope folks will enjoy and we are very much so looking forward to this collaboration.
I will soon be sharing ways in which you can gain access to my music, even beyond my YouTube channel and here (soon) at Lost Ventures. Please be on the lookout for more in the near future.
Currently, you can see me while I create, both music and art, on my YouTube channel, link in the above. Feel free to visit me there and I might have some things in the works for future streaming beyond YouTube as well. Be on the lookout for potential news on that!
You can find more of my work by clicking either of the buttons, now live, just above these posts.
I teach at El Paso Community College and am a member of the Math Discipline there. It was at EPCC that Richard and I met. I am very proud of my students and both Richard and I are working on ways that we can highlight their projects, not only in art and writing but also music and math!
My hope is to help others bring their own creations to life--whether that be through education, art, music or the written word. Richard and I feel that we are a very strong team, with a common set of values, goals and objectives and we are very much so looking forward to the journey ahead and want you to join us!
